Evonic built-in electric fires are surprisingly easy to install! Our built-in products are designed to be supported by a simple timber or metal frame, which is then dry-walled and plastered ready for decoration. Our fireplace suites are available as either floor-standing or wall-hung options. Evonic inset fireplaces simply need to be plugged in and slotted into a surround and our stoves are all free-standing.
Evonic Fires are considered more energy-efficient than traditional heating methods. They use electricity as their power source, which is often more environmentally friendly and cost-effective compared to other fuel options. For example, using the national average electricity rate per kilowatt, customers can expect to pay as little as a few pence per evening if they use just the flame effect for around 4 hours.
Evonic fires models have several different control options. The most popular is the e-smart cloud App, which can be downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App store. It has a simple, user-friendly interface that allows seamless control over your fire. Alternatively, all Evonic units come as standard with a handheld remote control. They can also be synced with Google Home or Amazon Alexa for voice control.
Yes they do! All current Evonic fires built-in products are fitted with a 2kW heater, meaning they are ideal for giving your living space a quick boost of warmth during those colder months. One of the many benefits of choosing an electric fire is the ability to turn the heat on and off, but keep the flame effect on. So even during the summer, you can still have that authentic, warming ambiance in your home, without the heat.
Because they are electric units, there is no need for a chimney or flue, making installation much simpler than fuel-based fireplaces.
With any electrical appliance, maintenance may be required on the componentry during the products lifecycle. We also recommend that you make sure to keep the heater vents clear of any dust to prevent clogging the heating fan.
In the event of a fault, all the fireplaces components can be accessed from the front once installed.
